LCdr Zed Avecilla PCGA and LCdr Jozen Curva PCGA presented plans and gave the current situation of the campaign. The Lighthouse Marina Resort Legacy Foundation and International Coastal Cleanup Philippines supports the Water Environment Association of the Philippines (WEAP). The 10th Annual Convention with the theme of "Working towards quality environment" was held in Clark, Pampanga last July 10, 2015.
The speakers discussed wastewater treatment alternative technologies for saving energy and footprint, sustainable water resources management, a model for evaluating acceptability of water safety plan and trends on energy efficiency initiative in the Philippines.
