The Lighthouse Marina Resort Legacy Foundation (LMRLF), together with its team, made a trip to the Mango Festival in Zambales last April 17, 2015. Their visit allowed them to speak with Governor of Zambales Hon. Hermogenes Ebdane and Provincial Administrator at Provincial Government of Zambales, Jun Omar Ebdane in regards to the upcoming International Coastal Cleanup on September 19, 2015. This superceded a visit to San Felipe Municipality led by its Mayor, Hon. Carolyn Fariñas. She took the group for a spin at the 4x4 Zambales Off Road Challenge before they visited Liwa Beach to speak with key persons from that community. Support from the locals, including one of the matriarchs, who is referred to as “Mama Pheobe”, openly welcomes the group and ideas of boosting eco-tourism. Support local and embrace the ripple effect for a better community. It's definitely an honor to be invited in the Awarding of Plaques of Appreciation and a commendation for Zambales as Top Province 2014 ICC Volunteer Turnout! There will also be a signing of Support for Environment Action On Climate Change and Sustained Cleanup on Earth Day, April 22, 2015 with RADM VALENTIN B PRIETO JR PCGA
